Qualifications

• State board of pharmacy requirements or laws must be followed.
• Minimum age 16 if not mandated otherwise by state board.
• 1–3 years as a Pharmacy Technician (preferred).
• Experience in pharmacy/retail/medical or customer service setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Support pharmacists with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist patients at pick-up, drive-thru, or phone with empathy and care.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and loss-prevention activities under supervision.
• Adhere to SOPs and privacy requirements and support immunization activities where allowed.
