Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to assist pharmacists and ensure safe prescription fulfillment.
• Assist with production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off workflows.
• Provide empathetic patient service and resolve issues or escalate when needed.
• Assist with inventory activities and returns-to-stocks as directed.
• Engage in ongoing learning to expand clinical and technical knowledge.
