Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification.
• Attention and focus to perform tasks over extended periods.
• Customer service orientation and friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Clear communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to perform math to calculate day’s supply of prescriptions.
• Ability to judge and resolve problems in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists by filling prescriptions and providing caring service to patients and customers.
• Support pharmacy team to manage workload and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Follow Federal, State and Local regulations and CVS policies.
• Engage with patients to answer questions and provide information about medications.
