Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain Pharmacy Technician certification within one year.
• Adhere to requirements of the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy for pharmacy technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the metric system.
• Comply with all applicable policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compound drug products for pharmacist approval.
• Retrieve and deliver physician orders to the pharmacist.
• Deliver and document the distribution of narcotics.
• Maintain stock and inventory of drugs in the pharmacy.
