Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmacy or dispensary filling medications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate medical databases.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Excellent customer service to people from diverse backgrounds.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret provider orders to prepare medications.
• Assemble, label, and distribute pharmaceutical products.
• Maintain records of filled prescriptions and provider orders.
• Manage the intake and organization of donated and purchased medication inventory.
• Execute regular inventory audits and counts to ensure supply chain accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment according to established regulations.
• Interact with patients and healthcare providers to address medication requests.
• Support the broader administrative team on special projects and facility needs.
