Job summary

GRX Holdings, LLC is seeking a dependable part-time Pharmacy Clerk to serve patients and customers by handling merchandise, processing payments, and assisting with mail order and prescriptions. No nights, Sundays, or holidays, with some scheduling flexibility and benefits available.

Responsibilities include assisting customers at the register, stocking shelves, checking expiration dates, and maintaining a clean storefront. Training is provided; pharmacy experience not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Attention to detail is important for accuracy.
• Ability to work with others to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to read, understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Run cash register for over-the-counter sales and greet customers.
• Review shipments, price tags, and stock shelves with medications.
• Prepare mail order and delivery prescriptions by contacting patients and packaging prescriptions.
• Place orders for supplies and process returns after getting supplier approval.
• Keep shelves and counters neat and clean; face shelves and check expiration dates.
• Maintain regular attendance and develop professional relationships with patients and coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
