Job summary

Hope & Help Center of Central Florida is seeking a Part-Time Pharmacist to join our community pharmacy team in Florida. You will dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, and collaborate with providers to optimize therapy while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Current DEA registration and NPI, as applicable to the position.
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient counseling skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• PharmD degree preferred.
• Immunization certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify and accurately dispense prescriptions while ensuring patient safety.
• Counsel patients regarding medications, adherence, and disease management.
• Collaborate with providers to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes.
• Support daily pharmacy operations, workflow, and operational efficiency.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to pharmacy technicians and pharmacy couriers/drivers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Florida Board of Pharmacy, DEA, USP, OSHA, and accreditation requirements.
• Support inventory management, medication safety initiatives, and quality improvement efforts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting Hope & Help's mission of improving lives.
