Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Staff Pharmacist in Grand Rapids, MN. This part‑time role supports the Pharmacy Manager, leads safety and accuracy in dispensing, immunizations, and patient care, and coaches the pharmacy team to deliver high‑quality service.

The position requires an active state pharmacist license, an active NPI, and compliance with all regulations. Regular hours include nights and weekends, with competitive benefits for a part‑time role.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Ability to concentrate on a task for extended periods and pivot between tasks to meet patient and business needs
• Ensure prescription information accuracy and correct labeling to protect patient safety
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the pharmacy team to support patients and colleagues
• Support immunization services and coaching of technicians to learn immunization processes
• Maintain inventory with focus on cold chain products and safe handling practices
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies
• Assist in scheduling and contribute to a safe, inclusive team environment
• Maintain relevant clinical and technical skills through trainings and CME opportunities
• Support access to care and patient outcomes through pharmacist-delivered clinical services where permissible
