The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and precise recipe adherence. You will document batch information, manage ingredients, and support a safe production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation or production environments preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strictly follow recipes, health and safety guidelines and batch documentation.
• Good communication with kitchen staff and management.
• Reliable and punctual with shift schedules.
• Willingness to work early mornings, nights, weekends or overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ingredient preparation: weigh and measure raw ingredients per recipes.
• Cooking, mixing, and packing batches to ensure consistent quality.
• Follow recipes and production guidelines for nutritionally balanced meals.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of equipment and workspace.
• Record batch information and ingredient usage for traceability.
