Job summary

Take Five Dogcare in Lee, NH is seeking caring animal lovers for part-time overnight care roles. You’ll feed, monitor, medicate, and settle dogs and cats, ensuring safety and comfort 365 days a year.

You’ll supervise walks, keep the facility clean, and communicate with pet parents about updates. Weekend availability and staying overnight are required, with on-site sleeping arrangements for overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet in all weather.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing hands-on care to our overnight guests – feeding, monitoring, administering meds, and making sure pets are settled and secure.
• Supervising walks and playgroups (yes, fun is part of the job!).
• Keeping the boarding facility clean, safe, and cozy – just as important as cuddles.
• Checking pets in/out and updating pet parents with genuine, helpful communication.

• Flexible Availability – Comfortable working at least one weekend day each week and some holidays to support our year-round care.

Perks & Pay:

• Part-time, 8-29 hours per week
• Weekend availability required!
• Overnight Shift required! (9 PM – 6:30 AM) (Preferred 1x/week): You’ll be able to sleep onsite (and snuggle the staff room pups!), but must be ready for anything that comes up overnight.
  
• Starting Pay: $16/hour + tips
• Overnight Pay: Earn $68.88 to $118+ per night depending on your regular hours worked.
• Tips: Average $2-3/hour during peak season, $1-2/hour during off seasons – does not include cash tips.
• Holiday Pay: Time and a half.
