Anytime Fitness in Palmetto, FL is seeking a Part-Time Personal Trainer who will lead engaging sessions, coach clients, and help members build healthier lifestyles. You’ll earn $15 to $40 per hour, with opportunities for growth, mentorship, and advancement to Master Trainer.

Certifications are required, and on-the-job training is provided to help you thrive in a supportive team environment. We prioritize education, accountability, and a welcoming experience for every member.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with NASM/ISSA/ACE/ACSM or equivalent
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, encouraging attitude and reliability
• Ability to motivate and coach clients of all fitness backgrounds
• Professional, team-oriented mindset and reliability

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging personal training sessions
• Coach fitness consultations and sell training packages
• Teach safe and effective exercise technique
• Help members set goals and action plans
• Track progress and celebrate client successes
• Provide education on healthy habits and basic nutrition
• Create welcoming, professional training environment
• Support growth of PT program through sales and referrals
• Maintain a clean, organized training area
