Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, PE, or related field.
• Current certifications (NSCA, ACE, ACSM, AFAA, NASM, NETA, ISSA) or ACE/YMCA Strength and Conditioning must be obtained within 30 days.
• Ability to relate to diverse groups and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Connect with members and establish goals for each participant.
• Serve by preparing for sessions and providing motivation and encouragement.
• Inspire by screening participation and staying updated on equipment and trends.
