Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with current nationally accredited Personal Training certification.
• Experience providing personal training in a fitness facility preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of exercise science, strength training and cardiovascular conditioning.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized fitness programs.
• Promote YMCA values and engage members.
• Conduct wellness consultations and fitness orientations.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Provide one-on-one and small group training sessions.
