The Exercise Coach is seeking a dedicated coach in Cincinnati to run one-on-one and small group sessions early in the morning. This role emphasizes client outcomes and a supportive coaching relationship in a boutique studio setting.

We value a passion for health and wellness, strong customer service, and the ability to adapt sessions for injuries. Training provided; mornings required, with occasional Saturdays possible.

We have an exciting opportunity with a growing studio and are looking to hire a key individual to join our team! The right candidate is a dynamic individual that is able to build relationships, has a great attitude towards helping others, and can deliver a high quality session early in the morning.

We do not require a degree in any of the health sciences, or a personal trainer certificate from NASM, ISSA, or ACE, but preference will be given to candidates who have experience or education in the field.

Team coaches (any sport) and teachers encouraged to apply. This position is Monday and Thursday morning from 6am to 8am, with occasional Saturdays 9am-1pm.

To Be Successful This Individual Must Have:

• A passion for helping individuals reach their fitness goals.
• High levels of customer service, and compassion.
• Strong knowledge in health, wellness, and nutrition.
• Ability to accommodate for injuries and limitations when coaching Small Group Training sessions.
• Desire to be part of a culture that radiates teamwork, support, positive attitude and continual development.

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
