Job summary

Cowboys Fit in Frisco, TX is seeking a Part Time Personal Trainer to service clients, deliver personal and group sessions, support recovery, and assist with member integration and sales initiatives.

You will represent the brand in clubs, maintain certifications (PT, CPR/AED), and collaborate with the Fitness Manager to meet monthly targets of 50 sessions, $1500 in training sales, and $150 in supplements while providing excellent member service.

Qualifications

• Must maintain current certifications (PT, CPR/AED).
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Create a customer service focused environment and ensure superior service
• Work with sales team to integrate members into the club
• Communicate professionally with members and guests
• Remain knowledgeable about services, promotions, and practices
• Listen to members and exceed their expectations
• Execute member communication initiatives to increase retention and participation
• Achieve revenue goals through ancillary services and retention
• Maintain club software proficiency (ABC, Outlook, MyZone)
• Keep certifications up to date (PT, CPR/AED)
