Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a part-time associate to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced store environment. Training will be provided to all associates who have extensive customer contact, with emphasis on making every shopping experience pleasant and satisfying.

The role covers a broad range of Personal Shopper duties, including downloading internet orders, loading customer vehicles, bagging, and cashier tasks during downtime, while maintaining a friendly, professional store image

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to perform multiple duties including cashier and bagger.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve requests.
• Download internet orders and load customer vehicles.
• Operate POS and bag orders according to policy.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate with customers in English.
