Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the highest level of customer service and never be rude to a customer.
• Follow through on customer requests; escalate to manager-on-duty when needed.
• Operate Point of Sale and bag orders per policy; load internet orders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with internet orders and paperwork.
• Assist fellow associates and communicate with customers in English.
• Contribute to a positive store image and professional appearance.
