Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc is hiring a Personal Care Aide to support an elderly female Veteran in her Wakefield, MI home. The role emphasizes bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility to help maintain independence. This is a long-term position with a 13-hour weekly schedule.

Shifts are Monday, Wednesday 10am-3pm and Friday 10am-1pm. Pay is $22 per hour, including a $4 per hour bonus when all assigned shifts are completed in the pay period.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver is required.
• Background check will be performed.
• TB skin test required if not on file.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and walking to help the client stay independent at home.
• Provide companionship and monitor safety during visits.
