Qualifications

• Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable or equivalent education/experience.
• Confident and experienced in usage of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and apps.
• Some experience in consultative customer service or sales with focus on personal customer experience.
• Basic knowledge of specialized banking solutions to refer to specialists.
• Strong listening, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify referral opportunities with BMO partners to grow customer relationships beyond personal banking.
• Welcome customers in the branch and guide them to digital and self-serve options for quick banking.
• As lobby leader, discuss banking services and personal banking and investment options with customers.
• Meet customer transactions with seamless execution and accuracy.
• Engage customers in needs-based conversations to identify opportunities and address banking needs.
• Contribute to branch business results and customer experience; support branch operations and risk/compliance processes.
