Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is seeking a Substitute Performance Coach in Mountlake Terrace, WA to support a corporate fitness center. You will lead group classes, assess clients, and customize workouts in a flexible, part-time role.

Ideal candidates hold NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE certification, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and CPR/AED/First Aid. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $25.00 per hour, with benefits for full-time and part-time staff where eligible.

Qualifications

• Certified by NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct group exercise classes for diverse fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized programs for wide range of clients.
• Offer one-on-one consultations and motivation to help clients succeed.
• Assist in implementing incentive, health promotion, and specialty programs.
• Handle administrative tasks related to fitness facility operations.
