Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
• A mental health/SUD lived experience.
• 80-hour Peer Support Learning or equivalent — successfully completed within 90 days of hire or within 2 years of hire.
• Has current techniques of behavioral intervention training within six (6) months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct peer-support services with a recovery-oriented approach.
• Guide and support others through recovery toward increased wellness.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure quality and compliant service delivery.
