Progressive Pediatrics in Bayonne, NJ is seeking an experienced pediatric provider to reduce clinical hours while continuing patient care. This part-time, long-term role offers a 2-3 day/week schedule, established patient panels across two locations, and physician-owned leadership with no hospital system or RVU quotas.

You should have 10+ years of pediatric experience and an NJ license (or be eligible). Enjoy full clinical autonomy within a collegial, low-turnover team and a sustainable practice
