Job summary

Hope Therapeutic Services in Nashville is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation, treatment, and consultation to children in a clinic-based setting. This part-time with per diem opportunities pays $40–$50 per hour; schedule may build to full time.

Preference for CCC-SLP and Tennessee licensure; pediatric clinic experience is a plus. You will collaborate with educators and families, document evaluations and IEP updates, and support students’ communication goals in alignment

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Tennessee licensure as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred; experience in clinic-based or pediatric settings is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assessment & Evaluation: conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individual plans.
• Therapy & Intervention: provide direct/indirect speech-language therapy and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaboration & Consultation: work with families, educators, and other professionals; provide strategies for classrooms.
• Compliance & Documentation: maintain evaluation reports, therapy notes, and IEP updates; ensure IDEA and state/federal compliance.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Tennessee licensure as SLP

CCC-SLP (ASHA) preferred

Strong organizational, communication & time-management skills
