Urban Health Plan is currently recruiting for a regular Part Time Registered Nurse to work within our family health centers in the Bronx. This is not a per diem position, and we are seeking nurses who can work regular 2-3 recurring shifts each week on a regular part-time basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• NYS Registered Professional Nurse, required.
• 1-2 years of pediatric nursing experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Knowledge/training in electronic health records and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients and provide nursing care based on acuity.
• Administer vaccines and medications; monitor reactions.
• Assist care team with pre-visit planning for high-risk patients.
• Maintain health records and update patient profiles.
• Ensure sterilization procedures and adherence to clinical policies.
