Job summary

Kid Power Pediatric Occupational Therapy in Kenosha, Wisconsin, is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our child-led, sensory-enriched, play-based clinic. The role supports a diverse caseload from birth through young adulthood with developmental, sensory, motor, emotional, feeding, and daily living needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Wisconsin and/or Illinois OT license or eligibility to obtain one before starting.
• NBCOT certification in good standing.
• Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
• New graduates with strong interest in pediatric practice encouraged.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Some after-school availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide engaging, evidence-informed intervention through play and meaningful activities.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to support carryover across environments.
• Provide caregiver education, strategies, and home programming.
• Complete documentation and progress reports accurately and on time.
• Participate in weekly team supervision, case collaboration, and professional development.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
