Job summary

Super Therapy is seeking a part-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (contract) to deliver engaging therapy to children in our Milford, CT center, with additional home visits across New Haven and Fairfield Counties. The role offers total schedule flexibility and independent work across center, home and community environments, with collaboration from a multidisciplinary team.

A Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, CT state OT license, and an active NPI number are required; empathy,

Qualifications

• Active, independent Connecticut state OT licensure.
• Active NPI number (or willingness to obtain one prior to starting).
• Comfort and confidence working independently across center, home, and community environments.

Responsibilities
