Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver in-home patient care across Sunnyvale, CA. The role focuses on patient-centered care with adequate time to follow care plans and ensure quality outcomes.

You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate with local office support and care teams. Roles include full-time, part-time, and PRN with day, evening, and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of experience preferred.
