Qualifications
Current Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation.
One year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting; pediatric experience required.
Able to work in a patient's home in various conditions.
Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Proof of current CPR certification.
Ability to do heavy lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, and standing.
Responsibilities
Perform clinical assessment and identify patient needs.
Document, prepare, and complete patient Plan of Care.
Provide appropriate plan, treatment, and evaluation for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
Skills
