Job summary

Join Morrison Healthcare as a Part Time Pediatric RD at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, VA. You will work with the pediatric nutrition team in an acute care setting, providing nutrition support for infants, children and teens in both inpatient and potential outpatient roles.

We seek an RDN or eligible candidate, with licensure in the state and clinical healthcare training. Opportunities to advance, obtain CNSC/CSP, and participate in ongoing education are offered.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nutrition support for infants, children, and adolescents with complex needs.
• Support inpatient Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition team and possible pediatric outpatient coverage.
• Pursue advanced certification such as CNSC or CSP within two years of hire.
