Job summary

42 North Dental, built by dentists for dentists, is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist for our Wellesley, MA practice (just outside of Boston). At 42 North Dental, exceptional patient care and provider well-being go hand in hand.

We are a full-service, multi-specialty dental office with a focus on preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional looking for a long-term career track or a pediatric dentist seeking to supplement their current

Qualifications

• Must hold a DMD or DDS from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism within the dental office
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through current continuing education courses and professional development
