42North Dental is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our Wellesley, MA practice just outside Boston. Promote pediatric oral health, diagnose conditions, and create patient-specific treatment plans in a collaborative multi-specialty environment.

We offer a per diem compensation of $1,000–$1,200 with uncapped earning potential based on collections, flexible days, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team. MA licensure and BLS/CPR required.

Qualifications

• Active state dental license in MA or eligible to practice in MA.
• Certification in BLS/CPR and Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Proof of malpractice insurance and professional liability coverage.
• Board-eligible or board-certified pediatric dentist credentials.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatment options and outcomes.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update dental records and medical history.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics, and professionalism.
• Stay current with developments and continuing education.
