The role offers a flexible schedule with a dedicated patient base and a supportive team environment. Per diem compensation ranges from $1,000 to $1,200 with uncapped earning potential through collections.

Qualifications

• Must have a DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in pediatric dentistry is required or anticipated.
• Current license to practice dentistry in the state of Massachusetts.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance and active BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and monitor growth and development.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high quality standards and professional ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.

Education
