Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Board eligibility or board certification in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care to maintain highest care standards.
• Stay current with developments and best practices through continuing education.

Education
