Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist for our Wellesley, MA practice near Boston. You will join a multi-specialty team focusing on preventive, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, with integrated orthodontics and periodontics.

This role offers a per diem compensation with uncapped earning potential, and flexible days to fit your schedule. We provide state-of-the-art equipment, a supportive team, and opportunities for career growth within a long‑term practice.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism within the dental office; stay updated on developments through CE
