Job summary

42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice just outside Boston. This part-time position offers flexible days, a supportive team, and a path toward long-term growth while maintaining a balanced schedule.

Daily rate ranges from $1,000 to $1,200 with uncapped earnings based on collections; benefits include health insurance, 401K, and opportunities for CE events through Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state dentistry license.
• HBV vaccination documentation.
• Malpractice insurance documentation.
• BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth/jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest standard of care and ethics in the office.
