Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aids and Certified Nursing Assistants to service clients in the Richmond area. We offer flexible schedules, paid orientation, and ongoing training for continuing education credits.

Qualified candidates will have PCA certification, potential CNA licensing, and be able to work Monday to Friday 11am-2pm at the Everleigh of Short Pump location.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the US.
• Certified 40-hour PCA class completion.
• CNA license if applicable.
• PPD/TB test or Chest X-ray (within 5 years) and willing to obtain within 60 days.
• Reliable transportation to client sites.
• First Aid/CPR card (within 60 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home personal care to clients in the Richmond area.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as needed.
• Maintain client comfort, safety and dignity during visits.
