Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring a part-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at University of Maryland Shore Health in Easton, MD. You’ll assist patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and ensure orders meet dietary requirements.

No prior experience is required. Shifts are 3:00 pm–7:30 pm or 6:00 am–12:00 pm, with a pay range of $16.50–$18.50 per hour. You’ll join a caregiving team dedicated to safe, high-quality meals and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and interpreting English documents.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Basic math skills for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and coordinate with nursing to meet nutritional requirements.
• Prepare menus and assemble meals, retrieve trays, and deliver meals timely and accurately.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and maintain sanitation and safety standards.
