Responsibilities

• Assists with direct, non-licensed patient care under supervision and guidance of appropriate personnel.
• Completes cleaning tasks and maintains unit/department safety and order.
• Orders and stocks supplies to meet unit/department needs and demonstrates cost-conscious practices.
• Documents accurately and promptly according to standards; reports unusual patient situations to the RN or Nurse Manager.
• Responds to patient call lights promptly and assists with activities of daily living.
