Responsibilities

• Environment Management: clean, maintain supplies, and ensure unit safety.
• Supply Management/Clerical: order and stock supplies, manage unit/department inventory, basic computer tasks.
• Patient Care/Safety: document accurately, assist with hygiene, mobility, and patient comfort; respond to patient needs; provide 1:1 observation if required.
• Code of Conduct/Professionalism: meet assignments, communicate clearly, respect confidentiality, maintain attendance and professionalism.
• Clinical Skills: maintain skills, perform unit-specific tasks, document data and report changes to RN.
