Job summary

AgriVision Equipment Group and PrairieLand Partners is seeking a Part-Time Parts Support to assist the Parts Department in serving AVE-PLP customers and technicians at our LeMars location. This role reports to the Parts Manager and requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

You will help transfer parts, maintain inventory, assist in merchandising, and provide friendly, accurate service. Prior customer service is preferred; training is available for merchandising and parts

Qualifications

Customer service experience is preferred and supports AVE-PLP customers and colleagues.
Good communication skills with peers and customers in person, on the phone, and in writing.
Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet tools.

Responsibilities

Maintain a good rapport with AVE-PLP customers and employees.
May transfer parts and equipment to other locations.
Assist in keeping the Parts Department clean and orderly.
Supply service technicians with parts as required.
Assist the Parts Manager with merchandising displays.
Maintain inventory integrity by stocking parts in proper locations.
May assist in selling parts to AVE-PLP customers at the store and at customer locations.
Perform other duties as required to ensure AVE-PLP's success.
