Job summary

Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a Part-Time Facilities Maintenance team member to support upkeep of park facilities and assist with event setup and operations. The role operates maintenance equipment, performs cleaning and maintenance tasks, and helps with event logistics.

It requires a high school diploma or GED and valid Tennessee driver's license, with up to 28 hours per week and availability nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating a zero-turn mower required.
• Preferred experience with a tractor, skid steer, and mini excavator.
• Ability to operate a truck with a trailer
• Valid State of Tennessee driver’s license required
• Must successfully complete a background check
• Up to 28 hours per week
• Nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Operate maintenance equipment including mowers, trimmers, tractors, blowers, and floor machines
• Perform general cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of park and recreation facilities
• Assisting with event setup and operations in a fast-paced environment
