Job summary

Oakland K-8 Public Schools in Oakland, NJ is seeking a part-time Paraprofessional for the 2026-2027 school year. The role supports students in reading, writing, math and other content areas, and works under certificated staff guidance.

Candidates should have strong communication skills and be child-centered, with the ability to work with children and be willing to ride the bus. Prior teaching certification is preferred, and a NJ Criminal Background Check and CPR/AED certification are required.
