Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of field experience as a practicing Paramedic.
• Demonstrated knowledge of NYS DOH Division of EMS Paramedic curriculum.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS credentials; instructor-level required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support in the leadership and management of the Paramedic Program.
• Assist with maintaining program accreditation files and resource assessments.
• Deliver classroom, lab, and simulation instruction consistent with standards.

Skills

Current New York State Paramedic certification

Field experience as a practicing Paramedic

Knowledge of NYS DOH Division of EMS Paramedic curriculum

Proficiency with EMS education technology

Education
