Join Parachute, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Paramedic in Statesville, NC to join our Center Medical team. You will be responsible for donor health and safety, conducting health screenings, and ensuring a positive donor experience within a fast-growing plasma donation setting.

You’ll collaborate with center staff, maintain health logs, and support various center functions including phlebotomy and station setup. This role offers growth opportunities as the organization scales.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Certified/licensed Paramedic in the state of employment.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed.

Responsabilités

What You’ll Do

As an Paramedic (Physician Substitute), you will be a key member of the site’s lean team, responsible for donor health and safety and a critical part of the donor experience. You’ll work collaboratively with center staff to create a positive environment for the team and our donors. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed

• Beyond your core responsibilities, you will be fully cross trained in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation

Required Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
• Certified/licensed Paramedic in the state of employment
• Current BLS or CPR certification
