Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys, investigators, and law enforcement with trial preparation.
• Review cases, research issues, and analyze relevant statutes.
• Obtain witness statements and conduct interviews; prepare interrogatories and depositions.
• Organize and index case files for prosecution or civil litigation.
• Prepare and file pleadings, subpoenas, and other legal documents.
• Assist with discovery and case documentation and e-discovery.
• Interact with court personnel and outside agencies as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of court proceedings and legal terminology.
