Job summary

Spectrum Paint Company is seeking a part-time Delivery Driver in Fort Smith, AR. You will deliver products to customers, follow routes, load/unload, and help maintain accurate orders while delivering excellent service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong customer service skills. Prior experience is a plus but not required; background checks may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Delivery, retail, cashier or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers safely and efficiently using a company vehicle.
• Follow designated routes and time schedules to ensure products are delivered promptly.
• Load and unload the delivery vehicle
• Prepare orders by mixing/tinting products to customers specifications
• Accurately identify and match paint colors
• Assist customers over the phone and in the store with orders and questions
• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions while properly maintaining a cash drawer
• Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the products and services
• Collaborate with coworkers and managers to maintain a smooth workflow
• Other duties as assigned by management
