Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.

• Punctual and dependable in fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of paint/products.
• Basic math and computer skills for transactions and inventory.
• Must be able to distinguish colors clearly.
• Delivery/retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers in product selection and uses.
• Assist customers in-store and over the phone with questions and orders.
• Prepare mixed/tinted paint to customer specifications.
• Identify and match paint colors accurately.
• Process cash and credit payments and manage cash drawer.
• Support inventory and stock processing.
• Load/unload materials and, when needed, delivery items to customers.
