Job summary

University Hospitals in Westlake, OH is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the PACU to deliver age-specific nursing care and support recovery in a fast-paced perioperative setting. The RN will implement the nursing process, use clinical skills on monitoring and therapies, communicate effectively with patients and the care team, and participate in professional practice development.

ACLS/PALS may be required per unit standards; BLS required on hire.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred; MN preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing process and clinical care delivery.
• Ability to maintain PHI per UH policies and standards.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS may be required by unit standards.
