Campbell Clinic Pc in Germantown, TN is seeking a part-time PACU RN for a 20-hour workweek to provide safe, high-quality patient care in our ambulatory outpatient surgery center. The role requires evaluating and documenting patient care, administering medications, coordinating pain management, and collaborating with the surgical team.

Candidates must have 1 year PACU/critical care experience, an active TN RN license, and BLS/ACLS; PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited post-secondary school of nursing.
• 1 year PACU or Critical Care experience required.
• Current TN Registered Nurse License or Multistate Nurse Licensure Compact required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• PALS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, implement, and document patient care, observations, medications, and medical history.
• Observe the patient according to appropriate physiological and developmental age.
• Administer medications following physician orders.
• Ability to initiate and coordinate pain management; manage patient airway post-surgery.
• Serve as liaison between patient, family, and surgical team to coordinate nursing care and teaching.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Ability to work in a cooperative manner with others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
