Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Package Handler in Wisconsin to load, unload, and sort freight efficiently for timely delivery.

The role requires strong verbal and organizational skills, the ability to read labels quickly, and the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and 100 pounds occasionally. Training is provided, and a background check may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills required.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to read labels quickly and work independently.
• Must be able to bend, lift, twist, carry and slide freight.

Responsibilities

• Unload packages by hand from fleet vehicles.
• Scan package barcode labels while unloading for tracking purposes.
• Sort each package by zip code, city, or state.
• Stack freight into trailers and routes to prevent damage and maximize space.
• Wash fleet vehicles to maintain company image.
• Perform light custodial duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
